United Way’s Spirit of Tampa Bay awards highlight some of the companies who made extraordinary contributions to the 2007 Workplace Campaign. Publix Super Markets and Raymond James continue their leadership as Million Dollar Workplaces.

The following four Spirit of Tampa Bay award recipients are categorized by number of employees within their organization. PAR- Psychological Assessment Resources represents organizations with fewer than 100 employees; Carlton Fields, 100-499 employees; The Mosaic Company, 500-999 employees; and Tech Data, 1000 or more employees.

United Way’s Workplace Excellence awards are given to companies that have the highest level of increases in dollars raised in their 2007 Workplace Campaign. Workplace Excellence award recipients include: Colonial Bank, EDS – Electronic Data Systems, Liberty Property Trust and Tampa Bay Partnership.

United Visions is a recognition program piloted to ensure United Way recognizes all the good works of our corporate partners. United Visions partners receive United Way care credits for a variety of activities such as volunteerism, sponsorships, and in-kind contributions. The following companies are highlighted for their efforts as United Visions partners: Public Super Markets, Raymond James, AEGON, Bank of America, Ferman Motor Car Company, The Mosaic Company and TECO Energy, Inc.
